Well it's weigh in Monday and I lost the 1.5 lbs that I gained last week! I exercised more and watched my points closer. I did all of this AND had a cake tasting on Saturday! And baked cookies last night for a co worker!
Lessons learned:
1. Exercise is sooooo important-even if its dancing, or running in the park,
2. Nutrition has to be on point
3. I CAN show restraint when it comes to junk food!
I am loving the new WW points plus plan!
