I have pretty much lost weight consistently so far....I think there may have been two weeks that I actually gained. Having said that....
I looked back at my tracker summary just a few minutes ago and realized that over the past week, I actually used 11 of my extra WEEKLY points. I usually don't use them...If I do, its never more than one or two.
I know not to beat myself up for that because that's why they are there. BUT if I have gained again this week (weigh in tomorrow), I will totally go back to not using them.
P.S. I am going on a search for Jillian Michaels, 30 day SHRED like TOMORROW!!!!!....Uh oh...
