Yep...weighed in and I didn't lose, nor did I gain. Still weighing in at 232. I'm okay with that.

I gave up on tracking after lunch yesterday and totally overdid it. BUT again, no gain so I am happy with that. SOOOOO having said that, I hope to lose at least 1 lb next week!
Overdid it + no gain = WINNING!!!!!
