I had been losing a little motivation, not tracking everything, not exercising......UNTIL TODAY!!!! I finally decided that I want that 50 lbs lost!!! Not sure if that can happen before Thanksgiving as I initially hoped BUT I hope to turn things around this week.
Adding in more activity and ridding my house of all of the snacks that have been staring me in the face over the last week should help.
Yesterday, one of my patients, a 90 year old woman who I see every 4 months, couldn't get over how much I have changed. She described me as looking 'divine' 'healthy' 'skinny'....she even said "your husband has got to LOVE the changes in you...." Made me feel like a million bucks....
There is NO WAY IN HELL that I will EVER look in the mirror and see that before picture of myself. I can't go there anymore.
