No excuses!

I had an entire post ready yesterday but decided against it!  Why?

Well, someone in a group I'm in posted this...


This guy goes to her gym....she said he's a regular there and he was getting it!

I was trying to come up with every excuse NOT to workout yesterday when some of my WW buddies started talking about getting it going again.  At that point I decided it was time for some body pics!


well there ya go!  I'm almost back to my starting point!  Ugh!  Why?  Not consistent with tracking.....not working out!  Simple as that!  

So I start seriously again now (well last night)....got my meals right, got my exercise in....worked through a major backache (which was going to be my excuse)....and now I feel great!  A bit sore but no pain, no gain!

Elliptical workout 30 mins, 25 mins weight training (shoulder press, biceps curls, tricep extensions) then 5 straight minutes of crunches!  I'm on it!

Current weight: 254
Goal weight:199

Short term goal: 244

NO EXCUSES!
