I KNEW IT!!!!

That scale that I weighed on yesterday was soooo wrong!  Told me I had gained 12 lbs since Saturday!!!!  I was supposed to do my official weigh in yesterday but decided to delay it until I was able to weigh in on my own scale this morning.  Well....here are the results:




I have lost another 1.5 lbs!  I'm at 230.5!!!!  WAHOO!!!!  Started this journey on Jan 3rd at 263!!!!  AND NOW Your girl is almost in the 220s!

What did I do differently this week????  I ate extra weeklies!  14 of those suckas to be exact!  I am finding lately that when I do eat some of them, I tend to lose that week.  So I will no longer be afraid to use them.

on a sad note though....I lost another daily point.  :(   I have gone from 42 down to 37.  To some that may not mean a lot BUT to me.....THAT'S an entire Twizzler!!!!!

But i've got my weeklies and APs to make up for the points loss (if I need them).

No effin' way!!!!

I weighed in this morning from my mother's house on her ancient scale (I didn't know they made them that way anymore)....anyways, It told me that I gained almost 12 lbs since Saturday?  Uh, NAW!

So we will have a redo of today's weigh in either when I get home this afternoon or in the morning.  SMDH!

WEIGH IN MONDAY

Yep...weighed in and I didn't lose, nor did I gain.  Still weighing in at 232.  I'm okay with that.

What did I learn this week????  YOU MUST TRACK!!!!  TRACK!!!!  TRACK!!!!

I gave up on tracking after lunch yesterday and totally overdid it.  BUT again, no gain so I am happy with that.  SOOOOO having said that, I hope to lose at least 1 lb next week!

Weigh In Monday

Imagine my surprise when I stepped on the scale this morning and it read 232!!!!



What did I do?  I stepped down, and stepped back up.  Stepped down again and then back up.  I probably did that 5 times (does that stepping count for APs?  LOL)

I've also lost 9.5 inches since Jan 3.

I can't believe this!  I am actually eating ALL of my favorite things and I am losing more weight than when I used to restrict myself!  WW is totally a lifestyle change.  It's not a diet. And yes,  I didn't need WW to tell me that I eat too much....well maybe I did.  LOL

I am totally excited!  I have 33 more pounds until ONEDERLAND!  It seems within reach now.  I can totally do this!

THIS IS THE DEAL!!!!

I have pretty much lost weight consistently so far....I think there may have been two weeks that I actually gained.  Having said that....

I looked back at my tracker summary just a few minutes ago and realized that over the past week, I actually used 11 of my extra WEEKLY points.  I usually don't use them...If I do, its never more than one or two.

I know not to beat myself up for that because that's why they are there.  BUT if I have gained again this week (weigh in tomorrow), I will totally go back to not using them.

P.S.  I am going on a search for Jillian Michaels, 30 day SHRED like TOMORROW!!!!!....Uh oh...

Weigh in Monday!

Whew...considering I stopped tracking after lunch on Saturday and didn't really track at all on Sunday, I'm only up one pound! Not happy about the gain BUT glad it wasn't more! I really have to get a new scale-one that measures more comprehensive! Who knows maybe that was only a .7 gain? My scale measures either a whole number or .5. But again, not too disappointed. Besides....


What goes up must come down, right?

Yearly physical.....

With my internist....whew...no probing down below today!

BP 110/70 (totally normal for me) and weight.....237 fully clothed (234 this am in my BDAY suit)....loving this!

Now I shall wait for my doc....I'll be patient. I think that's why they call us that....patients (yeah patience)


PS: can someone please remind me NEVER to forget to do my labs a week in advance? I ate Bfast at 4:45am and nothing else prior to the 3pm appt. Now I'm starving! And have 32 points left. Stopping at bojangles for a 7 point ham biscuit!

Weigh in Monday--and restaurant RANT

OK. I guess when a restaurant doesn't list nutritional information that is a sign that I shouldn't eat there?!?

My husband wanted to eat out yesterday and I hadn't prepared for Sunday dinner since staying out half the night prior seeing my other boo, Usher....So we went to Tripps...Nothing online, the waiter was no help. So I decided on Chicken Tenders and 'steamed' veggies, and cinnamon apples. I had only had breakfast so I had a TON of points left.

Well that being said....The plate arrives. There is this liquid pooling around my tenders which is a no no in itself. DON'T MAKE MY FOOD TOUCH LIKE THAT!!!! Anyhow...I ask the waiter what the liquid is and he says BUTTER!

WHAT?

So I don't even touch the veggies. I ate a sliver of bread (~2pp) and my 5 tenders (~15pp-I know that's totally overestimating but I don't know--maybe there was butter in the batter)and my cinnamon apples (~5pp)


SO THEN SCALE TIME ARRIVES....I am down ONE POUND! I scream out...."YES" then I say to myself, "WHEW."

So total weight loss is 29 lbs! I am going to take a new pic this evening and take measurements. I shall share later. YAY!!!
