It's a new week!

While I haven't strayed too far away from the plan, I have lost and gained about 4 lbs over and over in the last month.  WHY???  Lack of tracking!  and Lack of activity!!!!  

Am I disappointed?  Well yes and no....Yes because I gained....NO because it's only 4 lbs (technically I can lose that in a week....) and NO because I know what I need to do and should have been doing and didn't.  So I am paying the consequence.

I'm ready to get back in it THIS WEEK!  My goal is to get in some activity whether it be 10 minutes or 90 minutes....I have to get moving!  AND I will track everything that goes into my mouth!

I can do this!  OPERATION BACK ON TRACK starts NOW!

GET MOVING!


Totally getting back on track!   Gotta do it!  Plus at 50 lbs lost, I get a new ipad!  :)  Goal for the week....ACTIVITY!!!!
