Weigh In Monday

Imagine my surprise when I stepped on the scale this morning and it read 232!!!!



What did I do?  I stepped down, and stepped back up.  Stepped down again and then back up.  I probably did that 5 times (does that stepping count for APs?  LOL)

I've also lost 9.5 inches since Jan 3.

I can't believe this!  I am actually eating ALL of my favorite things and I am losing more weight than when I used to restrict myself!  WW is totally a lifestyle change.  It's not a diet. And yes,  I didn't need WW to tell me that I eat too much....well maybe I did.  LOL

I am totally excited!  I have 33 more pounds until ONEDERLAND!  It seems within reach now.  I can totally do this!
