Where have you been?

OK....I have been away from this for too long.  Again, I do best when I blog because it helps me get my thoughts down and keeps me accountable.

Having said that, I have not tracked a bite since Thursday so I KNOW what to expect on the scale tomorrow.

But tomorrow IS a new day and the start of a new week for me.  I have already tracked tomorrow's meals and I purchased new workout clothes today.  I'm ready to get this going again....tomorrow.
