Hot Diggity Dang!

Well as I stated earlier, I was planning to workout tonight.  And guess what????

I DID!!!!

I worked out on my elliptical for 15 minutes....High intensity!!!!  Almost did a mile (.93) in that 15 minutes too!!!  At speed 5.4!!!!



Sweating bullets!!!  Nah not really, but my clothes were a bit soaked.  After the elliptical, I did 20 minutes of upper body strength training AND 10 minutes of abs....

Just took a hot shower....feeling good, smelling good....And "fixin'" to sleep good!  LOL

I did it!!!!
