Weigh in Monday!

and I am up 2 lbs.  Don't quite understand but i'm okay with it.  I am seeing the changes in my body and so is everyone else.  I am happy with where I am right now.

SO I have decided to up my exercise intensity a bit.  As usual, I will follow the Bill Phillips method but to a 'T'.  So that means for the next few days, I'll need some help pulling up my underwear! LOL

Tonight's workout began with 20 high intensity cardio minutes on the treadmill and ended with a killer upper body workout.  (note:  back will be added to the lower body workout)


I've totally got this!

PS...did you see that last triceps exercise?  Dips!  Something I'd never thought I would do.  Thanks to the push from my hubby, I did it!
